Coastguard Boating Education Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion and Eligibility:
1. Visit https://www.boatingeducation.org.nz/courses/3/maritime-vhf-radio-operator-certificate/ to enrol for an online, classroom or home study Maritime VHF Radio Operator Certificate course. The entry is submitted automatically on completion of the purchase between the 1st of August, 12:01AM and the 30^th September 2018, 4:00PM.
   
   
2. No individual currently employed by Coastguard Boating Education, RWB Communications or member of their immediate family are eligible to enter the prize draw. 
   
   
2. TO enter in the draw the Participant must:
1. Enrol and pay for an online, classroom or home study Maritime VHF Radio Operator Certificate course only between the 11th of August, 12:01AM and the 30th September 2018, 4:00PM. The entry is submitted automatically on completion of purchase.
   
   
3. Personal Information: Coastguard Boating Education will collect contact details in order to conduct the Promotion. This is so the winner may be contacted by phone or email to collect their prize.  
   
   
4. Coastguard Boating Education’s Rights: Coastguard Boating Education reserves the right to refuse fulfilment to any Participant on violation of any of the terms stated and Coastguard Boating Education’s decision is final in all matters relating to this Promotion.
   
   
5. Termination: Coastguard Boating Education reserves the right to terminate this Promotion at any time and change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
