MRROC and MSROC Replacement Certificates

For replacement certificates for MRROC and MSROC, click on the link to download the MRROC/MSROC Replacement Certificate Order Form to your device, then fill it out and either print and post to Coastguard Boating Education, PO Box 91322, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142, or email to info@boatingeducation.org.nz.

Note that a request for these certificates requires both proof of ID and a passport-style photograph, and the form must be signed. If completing digitally, open the form using Adobe Acrobat Reader and use the Fill & Sign option. Fill in the form fields, then sign using .

A $35 charge applies for a digital replacement and a $45 charge applies for a hard copy plus digital replacement.

A $35 charge applies for a digital replacement and a $45 charge applies for a hard copy plus digital replacement.

Note: Only certificates issued after 1986 are able to be replaced.
